How do I maintain natural stone tiles?

Water-repellent treatment: recommended before laying. We can supply your natural stone tiles already treated.

Routine cleaning: warm water and a soft cloth are all you need to preserve the shine of luminous stone.

Avoid abrasive detergents to avoid damaging the water-repellent treatment.

How is the installation carried out?

Our projects include a very simple installation plan.
An electrician or DIY enthusiast can easily install your illuminated translucent stone tiles using magnetic fixing, which is quicker than traditional tiling.
You can also leave the installation to a partner retailer.

Which technology for illuminated natural stone tiles?

DiffuStone 'sluminous stone uses technology developed by Display Light.

Each luminoustile is magnetically attached to conductive bars, which provide power and support.

Are the fixing bars supplied?

Yes, we can supply the conductive fixing bars if you wish.

7. Are the fixing bars pre-cut?

For customised projects, we pre-cut your bars (1 mm thick) to the exact dimensions of your translucent stone sheet tiles.

All you have to do is fix them, lay the tiles and then seal with silicone (your own or our special silicone).

What happens if a tile breaks?

French manufacturer's warranty: 2 years.

In the event of a breakdown (rare but it can happen!), the magnetic fixing and silicone seal make replacement easy, without breaking the installation: just cut the tile to remove it, then fit a new one or return to the workshop for repair.
